TOP 13 FAQs
1. Is shipping included? Yes, the box is $55 and shipping is a flat rate of $10 and MUST BE selected for non-local orders. Orders in/around Dallas - Fort Worth have option to pick-up or include shipping.
2. Which date does payment process? It will be drafted from your account based on the date you enrolled, between the 26th and 6th of every other month on the same date every other month. Ex. Draft on Sept. 2nd, next draft Nov. 2nd, then Jan. 2nd, etc.
3. When will I receive the box? Boxes will be shipped on or around the 26th of the month, pending no delays in transit of items.
4. Am I able to cancel anytime? Yes, however if you'd like to re-subscribe there may be a delay if the "cart" is closed. Cart must be open to subscribe. Simply email [email protected].
5. Can I gift a subscription to someone? Yes, but you will have to enroll the person separately to input their info and use your billing information.
6. I understand there are no returns. What if I receive a damaged product? Take photos and send via email to: [email protected]. A response will be provided noting what, if anything can be done on a case-by-case basis.
7. Is this a customized box? How will you know my preferences? It is not individually customized, however preferences for various potential items are gathered upon sign-up. There is a link on the final page after sign-up. You may share as much/little to help with customizing, where applicable.
8. Why are items kept secret? It is designed to be a welcomed surprise and something you look forward to finding out what you received.
9. How will I know other products the businesses offer? You will receive a summary of businesses in each box & welcome to request contact info. You may use their website, social media or contact info to inquire directly.
10. Do you allow recommendations for minority-owned businesses? Yes, feel free to share information and/or contact information via Messenger or email [email protected]. Not guaranteed to be featured but definitely welcomed and appreciated, to be considered/vetted.
11. Is local pick-up available? Yes, in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area ONLY. Uncheck shipping during ordering so as not to be charged. Pickup between the 26-30th of the month. Location TBA.
12. Do you have IG and TikTok social media pages? Yes, @KommunityClutch on each platform.
13. Are only Black-owned businesses accepted? No, the focus is black-owned AND any women-owned.
