How can my business be featured in The Clutch?

Business owners may express interest via email at [email protected]. As the Chief Clutch Curator seeks products, you may receive an email and/or call. You may have to wait until your products fit the theme, but you may also suggest products you'd like to highlight, for consideration. The Clutch theme is decided in advance and products are sought within that theme.

Do I have to be local and if so, where is The Kommunity Clutch located?

Businesses may be located anywhere in the U.S. and are REQUIRED to have an online shopping presence, as subscribers are also located throughout the country. If selected to feature products, you may include your local address in the box for those who desire to patron your physical location if they live nearby or visit the city. However, products will be required to be shipped to the Dallas/Fort Worth area by a deadline date to be included in the box.

Is there a cost to be featured in The Clutch?

There is no direct cost other than shipping products. The Chief Clutch Curator will work with you to order from your supplier, if necessary. Additionally, you are encouraged to provide a discount for subscribers who desire to buy additional merchandise. The discount may be tax deductible as marketing costs. It only applies IF you generate additional revenue.

Can I add products to more than one box or have more than one product in a box?

The intent of The Clutch is to spread love to multiple businesses and products. Based on the theme, if your business has multiple products that meet the need, and there isn't another owner ready to be featured, more than one item may be allowed. There is no restriction on multiple boxes. However, all final decisions regarding which products and which businesses will be featured, is the discretion of the Chief Clutch Curator.

How will subscribers know my business is in The Clutch this month?

Every other month there will be an insert explaining the theme and contents of The Clutch. Each owner represented will be featured, to include product description, coupon code, contact info, etc. Additionally, after the box is shipped, product info will be posted on social channels and owners will have an opportunity for a LIVE interview, if desired.
